Shaanxi Coal Industry Group Big Data Governance Platform

This project is the world's largest automated port intelligent scheduling platform. Through real-time processing of massive sensor data, it realizes real-time traceability of unmanned vehicle abnormal events and can connect different systems for information transmission, accelerate the localization of abnormal events, greatly improve operational efficiency, analyze and optimize professional services for multiple ports. After the system was built, it improved the efficiency of port production organization and resource utilization, significantly reducing the queuing time of port trucks; The original scheduled operation of port equipment has been optimized to operate in real-time according to the optimal time and route, resulting in a 20 times increase in port operation efficiency compared to previouse system.

1. Business Challenge
1). The overall score for the intelligent construction of the group company is 20.95 points (as of June 3, 2021), which has not yet reached the primary level of intelligent construction.
2). More than 39 information system data in group companyl are basically not interconnected, and the communication between system data and system data needs to be manually filled out.
3) Real time sorting of massive sensor data significantly improves operational efficiency analysis and optimizes specialized services at multiple ports.

2. Solution Architecture
