Shanghai Yangshan Port Automated Port Intelligent Dispatching Platform

This project is the first big data standardization and governance platform project for domestic coal enterprises. The project has established an intelligent big data standard system and data standard specifications for Shaanxi Coal Industry by inventorying the existing big data assets of the enterprise. It has also implemented business functions such as data resource directory, data map, data lineage analysis, data security and privacy management, greatly improving the level of data intelligence for coal and charcoal enterprises.

1. Business Challenge
1). Get rid of the constraints of foreign unmanned automatic vehicle dispatch systems and improve equipment turnover efficiency.
2). Realize real-time traceability of abnormal events in unmanned vehicles, connect information transmission between different systems, and accelerate the localization of abnormal events.

2. Solution Architecture
1)The world's first unmanned vehicle data real-time calculation and analysis, real-time detection system anomaly warning.
2) Improve the response speed of unmanned vehicle dispatch system calls to more than 20 times the original target.
3) Streaming databases and cross source heterogeneous data query engines enable seamless integration of real-time transmission and scheduling of multi-sensor data.

3. Highlights of achievements
1) Improve the efficiency of port production organization and resource utilization, significantly reduce the queuing time of port trucks.
2) Improve customer satisfaction, enhance the comprehensive competitive soft power of ports, and promote the construction process of "smart ports".
3) Replacing the early adoption of Germany's core scheduling algorithm, optimizing the scheduled operation of port equipment to real-time operation according to the optimal time and route, resulting in a 20 fold increase in port operation efficiency compared to before.
